Alloy Resistor
The core of alloy resistors is made of metal alloys as the resistor body, mainly used for high current sampling/shunting, with low resistance, high precision, low temperature drift, and high power as the core advantages.

Features:
1. Ultra low resistance (core characteristic)
    Resistance range: 0.1m Ω~1 Ω (mainstream is 1m Ω~100m Ω)
Specially designed for high current detection, with small voltage drop and low power consumption
2. High precision&low-temperature drift (TCR)
    Accuracy: ± 0.5%, ± 1%, ± 0.1% (precision level)
Temperature coefficient: ± 15~± 50 ppm/℃ (much better than ordinary thick film resistors)
The resistance value changes minimally with temperature, ensuring accurate measurement throughout the entire temperature range
3. High power and good heat dissipation
Rated power: 1W~10W+(patch type); 20W~100W+(high-power module)
Alloy materials have good thermal conductivity, can withstand high currents, pulse currents, and surge impacts, and are not easily burned out
4. Low inductance, low thermoelectric potential
Non sensitive/low sensitive structure, suitable for high-frequency and high-speed switch circuits
Low thermoelectric potential (for manganese copper), reducing measurement errors caused by temperature
5. High reliability
Corrosion resistance, aging resistance and good long-term stability
Compliant with AEC-Q200 automotive grade standards

Applications:
1. Battery Management System (BMS): Sampling of charging and discharging currents for new energy vehicles, energy storage, and lithium battery packs
2. Power module: Overcurrent protection for server power supply, charger, DC-DC converter, output current monitoring
3. Automotive electronics: high current detection for motor control, inverters, and charging stations
4. Industrial control: current feedback and load detection for frequency converters, welding machines, and PLCs
5. Precision instruments: high-precision measurement of multimeters and medical equipment (monitors)
6. Consumer electronics: current sampling for fast charging, drones, and server motherboards
