Wire Wound Chip Inductor
Wire wound chip inductor is a surface mount inductor that uses enameled copper wire precisely wound around a ceramic/ferrite core, processed and packaged with end electrodes. It is a miniaturized and surface mounted product of traditional wire wound inductors.

Features:
1. Wide inductance range and high accuracy: covering nH~mH, with a tolerance of ± 5%, and stable parameters
2. High current, low loss: small DCR, high Q value, excellent temperature rise and saturation current
3. Good high-frequency characteristics (ceramic core): operating frequency can reach GHz level, high SRF
4. Strong reliability: heat-resistant/moisture resistant/vibration resistant, excellent weldability, suitable for SMT
5. Excellent magnetic shielding: small magnetic leakage, strong anti-interference
6. Limitations: Larger size compared to stacked inductors, slightly noticeable high-frequency parasitism

Applications:
1. Consumer electronics
Mobile/tablet: power management DC-DC、 RF matching and filtering
Computer/laptop: motherboard power supply, interface filtering, memory/graphics card circuit
2. Field of communications
WiFi/Bluetooth/GSM/5G: RF resonance, impedance matching, signal filtering
Base station/module: high-frequency choke, noise suppression, power amplification
3. Automotive Electronics (AEC-Q200)
Car entertainment, instrument panel, ECU/BMS, ADAS power supply and filtering
4. Industrial/Home Appliances
Power supply, inverter, white goods control board, motor drive
5. Other
Audio, instrumentation, security, IoT modules, drones
