FS-IGBT, Field Stop
It is currently a mainstream high-performance power semiconductor device. By introducing an N-type field-stop buffer layer inside the chip, it resolves the contradiction between high voltage resistance, low loss, and high-speed switching in traditional IGBTs, making it a core choice for medium and high voltage (600V–6500V) power conversion.

Features:
Lower loss: Both the turn-on voltage drop VCE (sat) and the switching loss Eoff are superior to those of NPT/PT types, resulting in higher efficiency and lower heat generation.
High-speed switch: Supports high-frequency operation from 10kHz to 100kHz, compatible with high-frequency power supplies and inverters.
High voltage resistance and robustness: Covering a range from 600V to 6.5kV, it features long short-circuit withstand time and a wide safe operating area.
High-temperature reliability: With a maximum junction temperature of 175°C, it is suitable for harsh industrial/automotive environments.
Easy parallel connection: Saturation voltage drop has a positive temperature coefficient, and multiple tubes connected in parallel ensure good current sharing.
